Tasha is brilliant!

I've had some long-standing maintenance issues that had gone unresolved for quite some time, including a leak in my bathroom and an oven that has been out of action since November 2022, and have worked with multiple members of staff to try and resolve them with little to no success. However, I contacted the office for an update and got through to Tasha who reviewed my case and has committed to resolving this for me ever since. With regular updates and chasing contractors/my landlord and albeit not the most positive of situations, her upfront and honest approach has made the process a lot better. After working through 3 other employees she has got it done which is very appreciated! - She's a credit to your team!

I put £5000 deposit down for a property…

I put £5000 deposit down for a property in Brighton but was struck by unfortunate unforeseen of 4 deaths of the near and dear ones within 3 months. I pleaded with the person dealing with my case called Lucas to get that deposit back as I’m really struggling. But no compassion was shown and my requests fell upon deaf ears. I have had the worst experience!!! They could have at least reimbursed my deposit given rather unfortunate circumstances!!!

Do NOT trust this company, their terrible service and greed caused me to lose over £14,500 and they didn’t have the manners to even email me back. Avoid!I was due to buy a flat and was told to wait until closer to the flat being complete to arrange a mortgage based on their advice - this lead to the limited company mortgages being over committed on the complex and I needed North Property Group to resell the unit.I chased NPG to resell for 8 months, I was ignored with phone calls, text messages and emailed unanswered. I was finally told that Greg who was handling my flat had been fired and now Ben would handle the resale. This is just as the sale was due to complete.Ben encouraged me to accept an offer 5k below the price I had paid due to the time pressure. This lead to me incurring the following costs3.5+vat commission to NPG for the resale - even though I was ignored for 8 month and most estate agents only charge 1%.£5,544 commission to NPG.£2000 penalty my the developer for the late completion.£2000 interest on the penalty from the developer as the buyer had issued with funds.£5000 less than I bought the flat for.

Good flat hunting experience! EDIT:Tenancy not so much

Laura showed me around two flats I was interested in and was very friendly and welcoming. She gave me all the information I needed about the property and I ended up making an offer on one of them. She was very organised and prompt with the paperwork.EDIT 30/07/2023: Updating this review as the experience after starting the tenancy was somewhat different. Of course they only ask you to do a review before the tenancy. I had some very basic maintenance issues which took a very frustrating ~4 months to fix. Nobody seems to take responsibility for your problem, “that’s not my department i’ll pass it on to (whoever)” or “let me look into that and get back to you” etc etc. Then nobody gets back to you and you seem to be back at square one next time you call. Probably in the region of 15 calls and many emails/messages with pictures of the problems. Once the contractors came both issues were fixed in about 30mins for each one. I don’t know why it was so hard, very disappointing when you’re handing them a significant chunk of money monthly and the most basic of tenant support is this difficult.
