I bought an off-plan property through NPS. Their communication is absolutely terrible. Despite sending email after email I only ever receive a generic update on the building construction. I have asked for specific details regarding mortgages and again nobody bothers to respond. I was informed my contact person was Lucas Summers of which he never responded to an email. I now wish to sell the off plan property before completion and surprise surprise people are not responding to my emails again. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this group!!!! They are happy to take your money, but they will not follow through with any customer service unless it provides them with more payment. There are so many property developers and sales people out there definitely find a better one than this!
