I recently had an issue with the fridge freezer in my property which all in all took a good few months to get sorted. Although a frustrating few months, the experience was made all the better by Tanaka and the rest of the maintenance team at NPG who kept me updated throughout the process, called me with regular developments, and answered any and all questions I had along the way. Working in customer service, I really value and appreciate great service from any agent I'm with and am considerably more likely to extend my contract because of the experience I get from Tanaka and teh team. Thank you!
