GoogleCouldn't be better, you've looked after me well since I started letting my house.

GoogleI've recently ended a 3 year tenancy managed by the Alistair Redhouse team. As a long term renter throughout the years, I've dealt with a variety of letting agents and my general experience is that they tend to care far more about landlords than tenants and it's often been frustrating. However, this was not the case with Alistair Redhouse. Throughout my tenancy, I felt valued as a tenant and they were always very quick to respond to any issues with the house and each team member I dealt with was friendly, efficient and professional. Based on my experiences with them, I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone renting in the Kidlington area.

GoogleI have been renting out properties for over ten years with various agents in Oxfordshire. I have used Adam at Alistair Redhouse Lettings since 2013. He is realistic about expectations, keeps in regular contact (unlike other agents), offers good advice and takes considerable pride in the service he offers. I have no hesitation in rating them 5 stars and now use them for all my lettings.

Dear Colin, I agree, Adam is a lettings legend. I am pleased that your experience with Adam and the wider Lettings Department has been positive and we look forward to working with you and your properties for the years to come.

GoogleAR were very good at all aspects of finding a new house. From showing me around the properties and understanding my requirements, taking me through all the administration and ensuring every i was dotted and t crossed. They are quick to respond and get things fixed where required. I'd recommend using them as an agent where you can.

GoogleI highly recommend Alistair Redhouse. I've bought and sold my property with these guys whilst also purchasing and selling withing separate agents. They stand head and shoulders above the competition. They are extremely responsive throughout the whole process and know exactly what they are doing. Other agents valued my property lower than 'AR' and it was sold within a week. The professional service didn't stop there though. Comparing to other estate agents who have simply pied me off by being unresponsive, they have acted instantly on any of my queries and understand the whole chain.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
