GoogleExcellent service and communication from Richard. I had a very positive experience working with Richard, not to mention he ensured things were being sorted even on his days off. Very professional and good communication would highly recommend Alistair Redhouse.

GoogleSuch a terrible experience since they overcharged and misquoted us when leaving. We were misquoted for the things which were not in the inventory in the first place and the correspondence was like talking to a wall. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAlistair has built a very solid team - Kaine, Ben, Adam and of course Carole...We had two flats (let and sold) over the last 5 years and the service from everyone in the team has just been exceptional and very customer oriented. Nothing to fault, which is very rare!

GoogleWe were refused a viewing because we have a child. This is a breach of paragraphs 1d, 1e and 2a of The Property Ombudsman's Code of Practice for Residential Letting Agents 2019.

GoogleGreat service from the team. As a landlord I have let my Kidlington flat with them a couple of times and each time they have got it let within a week or so, for the full asking price. Good local knowledge and hope to continue working with them in the future!

GoogleExcellent service from every member of staff I dealt with. Indebted for the speed with which they worked at helping my elderly mother move to Oxford. The contrast between the staff and service received from this agency and the larger, well- known ones was enormous. If you value professional, attentive service, you won't find better.

GoogleAlistair and everyone at the branch have been so very helpful. Our house sale was a very sensitive one and they were so supportive of our situation. The efforts they made to match our property to their customers was really good. We found them very proactive and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
