Robert Cole has been the principle agent throughout & from the initial meeting he has been suportive,professional and friendly with excellent communication skills.
The marketing strategies Robert employed are truely excellent- the Utube video along with the photos&detailed description of our home leaning on good local knowledge of the area were greatly appreciated.
Viewings quickly stacked up(and continue) with the A/R team speedily arranging agreed appointment times with ourselves and Robert. Prompt& clear feedback personally or by video call has been so reassuring .
Whilst early in the journey we are confident Alistair Redhouse will soon be able to announce another sale.

GoogleFrom a leasing viewpoint, choosing this agency is a decision you might regret. Since June 2023, we've rented a property where, despite a smooth initial process and customer support, the final phase of our tenancy was dreadful. We initially deposited £1500, yet we were refunded a mere £512.00. This agency is arguably the least competent in Kidlington. Martin and Roxie, who came recommended by Alistair Redhouse, quoted us £250 for a thorough cleaning that included the appliances and carpets. Sadly, they had to cancel last minute due to severe weather conditions in Oxford, like flooding and heavy rains. This forced us to seek other cleaners, which the agency arranged, but at a steep £590 for the final cleaning. Originally, garden cleaning was quoted at £300, following some arguments, it was lowered to £150. Altogether, they ended up charging us £988.00.

We’d like to clarify that we, as an agency, did not charge you any fees; we are compensated by the landlord on a small monthly basis to manage the property. The charges were from third party contractors that you had no obligation to use. Additionally, we encourage tenants to use their own choice of contractors if they prefer, as long as the property is returned in the condition it was received, considering fair wear and tear.

He'll be at least an hour...
Three hours later on her third attempt she was given the combination of the key safe by the front door in order to gain access to the front door key.
No further contact received from them.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration your mother experienced on what should have been an exciting and stress-free day. We understand how important it was for her to have a smooth transition into her new home, and it’s disappointing that we fell short in ensuring that.
The delay in providing the key box code was due to awaiting formal confirmation from the solicitor that completion had legally occurred. Only then were we authorised to release the keys. However, this explanation does not excuse the lack of proactive communication from our side. For that, we are truly sorry.
Thank you for your feedback, as it allows us to improve our service and ensure no future client has a similar experience. Please extend our apologies to your mother, and we hope she is settling comfortably into her new home.
