GoogleAvoid. Avoid. Avoid. Extremely disappointed with this local agent. Attempted to purchase a property from them. Agreed a sale and then Agent informed me his vendor had changed their mind. Incurred legal fees after a sale was agreed only to have sale conditions changed. Alistair then told me. He suspected he would have challenges with this vendor after I had spent 250 quid on legal fees. Worst agent in Kidlington in my opinion after first hand experience with all other agents.
Dear Stirling. I am so sorry that you feel this way and understand how frustrating it is when owner circumstances change and they withdraw. Unfortunately with the UK laws surrounding the housing market, all pre contract costs are at risk until exchange, which can be frustrating when a sale fails. I hope you have now secured a suitable additional investment property. Best wishes, Alistair.

GoogleI contacted three estate agents in Kidlington to assist in the sale of my late Father’s home - it became quickly apparent after the initial three conversations who I would choose and my gut feeling was right. Mark at AR looked after my sale both professionally and sympathetically. Throughout the selling process I was always well informed and kept up to date along the way. If Mark wasn’t available, the other members of the team quickly followed up my call. In the sea of un professional bucket chain estate agents Alistair Redhouse is a true breath of fresh air and in my opinion can’t recommend them highly enough for their service. David Hayman
Wow, David, thank you for your review. It’s so lovely to receive such glowing reports about members of the team. We work hard to ensure that our clients experience is as positive as possible from first point of contact to handing over the keys and it’s great when we get this sort of feedback. Thank you.

GoogleAviod! We have been renting through these for 9 months, and through out have had endless problems, They gave keys over to people to enter our home with no consent, we but endless complaints in about our roof and extractor fan being broke and completely damaged, it took them 3 months to sort this. When they brought in a electrician to come do work for us it turns out my partner knows them very well and The agents didn’t have nice words to say about us in emails which is unprofessional . Because we pushed for work to be done, baring in mind mould around pregnancy is a health risk. Then come to actually say that it was our responsibility for the mould. They tried saying we never cleaned, I was on my hands and knees cleaning that house! We left no damages we left it in no worst state when we left at all. But they charged us £360 for cleaners. They also agreed on are deposit price return in a confirmed email and then took another £200 pound of the price when returning it and now can’t get through to anyone. These people are very rude never rent through these people. Also save your self some time in not replying and correcting your outstanding bills with us
