We have recently moved into a property that was To Let with Connels. We had Kayleigh come to show us around the property. We decided there and then that we wanted it. So we filled out an application form. From then on Kayleigh was amazing. We couldn't have done it without her. She was so down to earth and friendly but professional too. She made the whole process so easy. Everything was done very quickly and I was very impressed with the service Connells provided. If we were to move house again I would definitely, without a shadow of a doubt go back to them. We bought Kayleigh flowers to say thank you for the wonderful job she did. We appreciated it more than she could ever know. I will be recommending her to anyone who asks. Now we are all settled in our new home and we are happier than ever!

I would highly recommend Dan and his team at Kidderminster office. They have been so helpful, professional and pulled out all the stops to get my mum's house sold. We asked for a valuation some time before we were in a position to sell and they were not at all pushy. They waited until we were ready. They had a lot of pre-prepared information when they came so that we could make an informed decision and once actioned did everything they could to get as many people to see the property in a short space of time as they could, looking after my mum's best interests. I wouldn't trust Connells to run a bath, let alone assit with the purchase of a property! We chased other parties so much that we deserved a job there! Zero urgency just constant phone calls to make sure certain actions were finally being carried out! All for a purchase that took nearly a year to complete 🫣

Lettings - Connels were straight forward and really helpful and pleasant. Easy to get to know with a personable approach. Efficient and always keep in contact. The only negative thing i have to add is that the deposit return system needs to be simplified. Used two different companies then their lettings department then their accounts department. Took 3 times longer than should have done. Forms not sent off to landlord in a timely fashion. Had to chase them for the return of the money which I am positive they kept to gain interest... At that point my trust went out of the wind. Shame really because on the whole they are excellent.

Not sure how Connells has a high percentage of good reviews, I went in there gave my details was promised a phone call by the lettings team as they were out on a viewing which was fair enough, never recieved phone call rang them to find out why I did not get a phone call and was told they had been back but now had gone out again so looks like they couldn't be bothered, I definitely won't be using them or recommending them. The only reason it was incorrect was your staff did not listen properly maybe you should be finding out the truth rather than saying we gave you wrong number?

The service provided by Connells in the renting of the property we are in has been nothing short of incompetent and pathetic. The contracts side have made mistake upon mistake. To such an extent we have two contracts on force. We get letters from the debt collectors saying we are not paying our rent yet a fully working bank standing order is in force? The costs they demand even if we had a 5 star service are outrageous to us and the owner. Spent hours on the phone and e mails galore to them yet nothing changes. Incompetent beyond belief.

Having recently rented a flat out through Connells in Kidderminster I have to say that the service from start to finish has been exceptional. We dealt mainly with Kayleigh and right from the start of the process she kept us fully informed with progress on the prospective tenants application, along with ensuring we were kept up to speed with what we needed to do to get the property ready for the tenants in what was quite a short timescale, so as to ensure we didn't have a vacant property over the Christmas and winter months! Would highly recommend them if you are a landlord with property in and around the Kidderminster area!
