Sasha was our first point of call to understand the services which we would receive and we were very impressed with her knowledge and her professionalism. She answered all of our questions and put us at ease with the selling process. Rob and Sam were brilliant at keeping us updated every step of the way especially when things weren’t always smooth sailing, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

GoogleI cannot recommend Connells enough even though the property I brought was not through them in the end all of the Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I can not speak highly enough of Ehiya as a first time buyer I was not sure what really to expect but he was extremely helpful and patient taking me through the process throughout sorting the mortgage he kept me in lockstep making sure I was informed and going above an beyond in my opinion to help absolutely incredible service all round. GoogleI have recently moved into my new house having gone through Connells and am really grateful for all the hard work from the staff in ensuring that this all went smoothly. I received frequent contact from estate agent Frazer Webley who guided me through next steps for the process which as a first-time buyer I found really useful. I used Connells conveyancers as opposed to other solicitors who were also very useful and overall the process went very smoothly. Very grateful for Frazers help throughout and would definitely recommend.

After struggling to sell with another well known local estate agency, Gabriel managed to get us 3 offers in the space of two weeks, with the one accepted being the full asking price, and in tough market conditions! I have had to move county urgently due to family health issues and they have both gone above and beyond to help me. Everything has been completed in the shortest of times with the least amount of stress, which has been an absolute god send given my current situation. From the moment Dan arrived to value the property, I immediately felt at ease in comparison to previous agents. The informed and non pushy approach, as well as competitive pricing, was the main factor in us deciding to proceed with Connells. Tom was our main point of contact throughout and was an absolute delight to deal with. I also often spoke with Ali on the phone who never failed to have a cheery disposition.
