Jessica, the mortgage advisor from Connells Kidderminster was instrumental in getting my (quite complex) house purchase completed. She was super helpful throughout, and was consistently available over the phone and email when I needed advice or when the situation was changing. Their mortgage services aren't the cheapest for a first time buyer, but you pay for lifetime membership to their brokerage services, so its a good investment. The fact you're paying a fee also means you know you're being presented the best deals for you, rather than the lenders offering the best commission to the brokers. Will definitely be returning to use Jessica's brokerage services the next time I move, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to others.

Myself and my partner have just purchased our first house, with the amazing help from Jessica Smith at Connells. From start to end our journey at connells gave us nothing but great communication, support and insightful advice. Jessica was always happy to answer my 'silly' questions and was never too long to reply. I was never in doubt with any part of the process thanks to Jessica always happy to go through any queries. Being first time buyers, our knowledge was minimal but Jessica made this the least stressful we could have ever imagined which we are so grateful for, the process itself was done in a great time frame, I never felt questions weren't answered/ things taking too long and Jessica was always on the ball. We are now comfortably in our new home and recieved a lovely welcome starter pack from Jessica at Connells. Would really recommend Jessica, the mortgage adviser at Connells Kidderminster. We had spoken to 4 or 5 others (from different Estate Agents) and from the initial contact Jess was by far the most pro-active and keen to win our business. We had a plan to buy a couple of properties into our company and therefore a more complex process than buying as an individual. Jess was knowledgeable and helped us avoid any issues that could have slowed or stopped the process. The additional benefit was noted as we were buying properties Connells were selling agents for and Jess was able to help bridge the communication between sales, rent and mortgage.
