GoogleContacted these guys several times to view properties. I am cash buyer but they never got back to me. Understand if somtimes you miss a message but this on several properties now. So I dont bother looking at properties if listed by Connells.

GoogleI've been looking for a house to buy for a long time. Not many estate agents listened to me seriously. Most of them are busy and didn't care personally. Only Laura Connells Kidderminster office listened to me and called me back many times to help me to find a new house. She is a very reliable, kind and thoughtful person. When I first went to buy a property, they wernt the easiest with putting an offer through, trying to get you to speak to there morgage advisor etc, initially got me very irritated, I wasnt going to offer on another of their properties but we found a lovely place & put an offer in, took absolutely ages to get a response eventually but we managed to secure the place. It was ok, some good, some not so good, I really felt it depended who was on the other end of the phone at times. Decent company but not thrilled.

GoogleIn my recent experience of trying to sell a property with Connells, unless you chase them for updates, nothing will happen with your sale if there are any unforeseen issues. I found out early on that weeks and go by without any checks that all was progressing as it should be. This meant in my case the sale ended up failing as it had been going on for several months before the buyer pulled out. If they had been doing what they were incentivised to do, I am certain the sale would have completed. Have moved my property to another provider to hopefully have a better experience.

GoogleJess (Mortgage Manager) is a fantastic asset to Connells! From start to finish she has supported us through the Mortgage Process and kept us up to date. She's even gone out of her way to explain things in simple terms so that I could understand the Mortgage Process and information from the Solicitors as Mortgages make me feel overwhelmed as there is alot of terminology that I can't understand, But having Jess walk us through everything has been fantastic and really appreciated. We wouldn't of been able to do this without her, and honestly thank her so much for going above and beyond to support us in everything. We would have no hesitation in using Connells again and recommending them to others. The premium photo pack also helped us sell very quickly. GoogleKayleigh was great through the whole process - only criticism I have is the cleaners didn't follow on from the service Connells provided and although the painting and decorating was completed to a great standard the clean was not, overall on Kayleighs part a great and stress free experience. GoogleTo be honest we were very disappointed the property was on the market for £230.000 yet we offerd £242.000 and we were promised returning phone calls and always needed to chase. YET THE PROPERTY IS STILL ON THE MARKET FOR £230.000 EXTREMELY UNUSUAL

GoogleAgain back with Connells, the team at Kidderminster have been amazing arranging a new property for us after the property were in was sold, new letting agents were poor, so we contacted Nicole and Kayleigh and they were fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the house we are in and we appreciate the teams work under the time limit.

I was immediately very impressed with her knowledge and general professional manner when I met her at the house for a valuation. Having not sold a house for many years I was happy and confident with her answers to all of my questions and so have now officially committed to marketing my house with Connell's on that basis.
