GoogleWe have just recently rented a property through Connells in Kidderminster and they have been great throughout. We were looked after by Callum, he was really friendly, professional and very informative and responsive with his correspondence. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked around our busy schedule to make everything happen promptly and smoothly. Very pleased with the service thus far!

GoogleBooked an appointment to sell our house for 1500pm. They wrote confirming, had to get home from work and have a tidy up etc. Rung at 1530 after no sign, didn't apologise for the issue their end. Just lost the sale for us. Can't recommend kikderminsterbrqnch I'm afraid even though we sold our last house with harborne who were great.

Googlehighly unprofessional staff - don't appear to have any understanding of the law and if they do, they don't care if they break it. As long as they are getting paid that's all they care about. Unscrupulous people - avoid at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMe and my husband are currently going through the mortgage process and awaiting our keys, exchange of contracts, Rosie helped us with this, and I highly recommended her. We are first time buyers, Rosie happily put our ‘bids’ in throughout the day contacting us on the progress, and was happy to help with whatever I needed I was emailing her most days asking questions she had probably already answered but i needed to ask again for myself, she was more than happy to help! And professional but was happy to have a laugh and put at ease through the appoiments we had with her! She is great, book to speak to Rosie for a mortgage!

GoogleI have just sold my house using Connells Kidderminster and have to say that they dealt with everything brilliantly from start to finish. It was a big step for me and they have been re-assuring and helpful right from when they initially viewed my house, right up to completion. I would definitely recommend them and use them myself again in the future. Also, Rosie, the Mortgage Advisor, was super, she advised on the best mortgage for me and guided me throughout the whole process. Thank you Connells :-)

GoogleIf you've got bad neighbours who are loud and inconsiderate in every possible way and Connells are the middle men with the rent. Don't bother asking for any advice or help, because they don't care. As long as they get their money, they're happy to do nothing.

GoogleI would recommend Connells to anyone selling their home in Kidderminster. They were professional and active from start to finish. The staff were all very pleasant and communication was always excellent. They worked to an awkward timescale on my behalf and on exchange of contracts my purchaser commented on how well Connells had dealt with the process in order to accommodate us both.
