GoogleI was very disappointed when I called as a first time buyer looking for a property. I have had no assistance, interest in what I'm looking for or any call backs. I know its currently very busy with buyers at the moment however I am still looking to purchase a house so I'm shocked they don't want all the business they can get. I certainly will be avoiding this agency in the future.

GoogleCould not fault Pattison Lane. We were really impressed with Tom, our broker. We would, however, have chosen to use a different solicitor to the one we were recommended, if we did it over again. Thanks for helping us buy the house of our dreams.

GoogleCannot recommend the team highly enough. Particularly Jo and Sadie. Kept me informed and chased both my and my buyers solicitors and were so supportive. A very stressful time was helped enormously by them and I'm sure that they were instrumental in a successful completion.

GoogleHad to move a property this company managed for me to Your Move , the property was in such an awful state it took 5 months of repairs before I could let it out again The accounts department are a shambles too. I would avoid at all costs and let another company manage your property

GoogleI’d like to thank the team at Pattison Lane, especially Jo & Kim. Both extremely professional. Kim understood our needs and made our property search ever so simple. Jo put effort in to achieve a challenging sale arrangement whilst navigating Covid restrictions, extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my requirements were met. Great team, thank you.

GoogleI used Pattison Lane when buying my first home, I mainly spoke to Tom at the Kettering branch and he really made moving into my new home so much easier as I was pretty clueless to all this mortgage stuff! Can’t thank Tom enough for his help, thank you!

GooglePattison is absolutely appalling, I wouldn’t recommend anyone renting through them. Nothing gets done and you they don’t return your deposit. 100% would not recommend this to anyone. Look further into it before evan considering to rent with this agency. Had nothing but problems
Hello Jodie, sorry to see that you have left us a one star review. As previously discussed the deposit can only be released once a tenant has vacated the property and a check out report has been completed following the return of the keys. Our records state that every issue that has been reported to us has been dealt with. Please contact us if there are any new maintenance issues you wish to report. Many thanks

GoogleMy wife and I spoke with their broker Tom Bailey-Smith and, although we didn't proceed with the offer in the end, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfailingly polite and courteous throughout, and answered all our idiot questions with humour and professionalism.
Thank you for leaving us your kind review. Good luck with your search.
