pattison Lane I've used as an agent and now cancelled the contract. I'd suggest anyone thinking of using g them reads the whole small print.theyre an absolute joke and have caused my tenant nothing g but upset and distress . due to a little scam they have going with the energy company ovo .

I lived in 44 brambleside kettering, which is being managed by Pattison lane. Raji Bhangra she is in charged for properties maintenance.I wholeheartedly recommend her the excellent service and always been professional, promptly arranging maintenance and repairs when needed. When she is not available Raji Bhangra delegate and follow up with calls to ensure repairs and your wellbeing is okay. Raji takes extra mile to see what you are facing with even thought they have sent an engineers to check what is the problem.

They allow their tenants to use the property like a public toilet … toilet paper, general rubbish thrown out of the windows of one of their rental properties and the agent does not even acknowledge the complaint. It is now a health hazard!

This is probably the worst company I have ever come across. Absolutely awful estate agency. A first time buyer and want to by ASAP. Well, with this agency you’d be lucky to view anything at all. 4 emails and 6 phone calls in a week between me and my partner and we are still unable to get a single viewing! Each time they say they’ll call back and nothing happens. No response to emails either. I do wonder how they get any customers and make any money. Customer Service is nonexistent to the point where when rang to register and to be added to mailing list, receptionist didn’t ask any questions regarding what the type of property we’re looking for and couldn’t get off the phone quickly enough. I suspect she didn’t even write down the name or number. Ah, and don’t be surprised to hear they have no access to the property or the seller has pulled the property of the market for a while so there are no viewings. Yet, still showing ‘for sale’ several days later. This company is a joke!
