GoogleSo far we have had a really good experience with Pattison Lane. Rebecca met us to show us round the property, she was very friendly, welcoming and answered all of our questions. Rebecca has kept in contact with us about anything we needed to know and has been really helpful, promptly responding to any emails I have sent. She has supported us with any queries and questions we had, and has been accommodating when we've asked about changing a couple of things. The whole process has been really quick and quite stress free. Thank you!

GoogleA truly dreadful estate agent. As a buyer I was basically ignored. Left loads of messages and emails. Never called me back. One member of staff apologised for the fact nobody had noticed the emails I sent for nearly a week. I recommend everyone goes elsewhere.

GoogleNot impressed, rented a property through these and they didn’t keep it to standard had black mould through out and just blamed the tenant, wouldn’t recommend these at all

As a management company we have adhered to all of our obligations and your landlord has fully adhered to all of her statutory obligations.
