Explained everything clearly and handled each step with confidence and professionalism. Abigail is incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Always took the time to make sure I fully understood my options. I felt completely supported throughout. Put our house on the market with a competitor estate agent who was very slow and lacking in communication, called up Patterson Lane and Russell came over to value and put our home on the market we said that we needed a fairly quick sale as we were trying to purchase a new build however there were limited plots left! Russell was amazing and got our house on the markets with no issues and plenty of communication! Lara who did the viewings was also amazing and has amazing knowledge of the property! We sold in less than 5 days could not recommend the team at Patterson Lane enough!

I recently used Pattison Lane for my move to Kettering, and the experience was excellent. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the team at Pattison Lane made the process much easier with their helpfulness and, above all, their kindness. I had numerous questions, some quite trivial, but my letting agent Katie was always patient and responsive, answering each one with care. I’d also like to give a special mention to Natalie and Melaina, who were just as kind. I highly recommend Pattison Lane as an estate agent for their exceptional service and genuine support.

I would like to thank Milena Polakowska For her help at Pattinson lane. Myself and my husband were in a were in a very sticky situation where we were having to live separately, all whilst having a one month old baby. After moving down from Cornwall. Milena acted quickly securing a home for us within the week here in Kettering. She was on the phone straight away as soon as we had viewed the property. She remained in contact with me on a daily basis and corresponded with me within a timely manner. I have never met Steffanie, but my gosh she's a GEM when it comes to customer services. She smiles when she speaks on the phone and always pleasant and ready to help. She has served me and the family in such a professional and courtesy friendly manner, you couldn't asked for more. My son Patrick purchased his house from the Kettering Branch and when he need plumbers and builders, Steff was a just a phone call away. Steff quickly processed the rental of his flat and ensured all communications received with full understanding and attention. At the same time her colleague Tom Bailey processed Patrick's mortgage which was a delight as the mortgage rates were so high and yet he got the best deal for him. Tom took his time to explain the rates that were available and advised on the best deal and. I picked up the keys to my house on February 21, 2024. I had an amazing experience with both Tiana and Sadie. Everyone was always very happy to help out. Sadie was in constant communication with myself and my solicitors. Tiana was great at answering silly questions I had when first viewing the home and all the girls that I spoke to there were fabulous. Great mortgage help by both Tom and Jamie. As a first time buyer you can have lots of stupid questions and need a little bit of hand holding but no request was too big or small for anyone there. Pattison Lane has been managing my rental property at Kettering. Unfortunately, we had a terrible tenant to work with. Raji Bhangra from Pattison Lane did an outstanding job managing the property both in the good days when everything was fine and the difficult period the tenant was in arrears and had to get them evicted. Raji followed the rental process and documentation accurately. She was extremely patient in her communication with the tenant and also helped the solicitor with all the required documents in a timely manner. Pattison Lane have managed my rental property for the last 6 years. As a landlady, I have always been very happy with the way they have dealt with me and my tenant. In particular, my dealings with Lettings Manager Raji Bhangra have been exceptional. This is my first time using Pattison lane and it was definitely a hard process with the different types of things that needed doing throughout it to get the sale signed off. Which I thought Jo Godfrey assisted massively with getting that done and was always in contact with myself and the buyer with trying to get things done. Jodie was also very good whenever I spoke to her she done everything she good to get it though which I really appreciate, Line manager Russell was also on the end of the phone and would assist when needed.
