I would like to personally thank the guys at Pattison Lane for completing the sale of my late uncles property. The property itself had been in our family for over seventy years and the guys respected the fact that we wanted it to be much loved home for prospective buyers. This they took on board and found the perfect buyer. The sale itself didn’t come without some unexpected hurdles on our part but their unprecedented and honest advise went a long way. I used Pattison Lane for my first house purchase. Tom Bailey Smith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as my advisor. He gave very sound and professional advice and his reasoning for it. As a first time buyer on my own it was important that I felt confident in my choices and Tom was great at helping me do so. Unfortunately had a bad experience with this agency right from the beginning. Very disappointed in the response and professionalism of this company. Negotiator made an incorrect offer to the seller missing out key conditions of my offer to the seller, which gave the seller a false idea of the offer made and I only found this out from the seller directly once I met them for a viewing. Thankfully able to agree a sale finally and then the delays in pushing the sale forward started happening, sales memo issued nearly 2-3 weeks after offer being accepted. No response or update from the agency since having the offer accepted (more than a month), also being told fibs by employees ( i.e the seller has instructed solicitors when they have not), passing the buck between employees, i.e being informed by different colleagues that different people are dealing with the sale, and constantly having to chase different people up for updates and next steps only to find out finally that the seller is taking the property off the market. I am a landlord myself and have dealt with many agencies over the year and unfortunately, I would definitely not recommend this agency.

We were very pleased with the service which we received from Phil and his team at Pattison Lane. They were all very efficient, friendly and helpful. We would particularly like to mention Jo whose role it was to liaise with the conveyancers. It was thanks to her that we completed the sale of our house so quickly. She answered all our calls immediately and dealt with all our conveyancing queries promptly and very effectively by talking to our conveyancer, the buyer's conveyancer and the buyer himself. They took brilliant pictures of the house and had a buyer who gave us an offer we were looking for within first week. They were helpful throughout the process and answered all our queries. I got these each xmas now i wont buy nomore as ingrediants are not the same nomore i did find shortbread in mns and they were lovely.
