Great service. Have had absolutely no problem with the staff and I’ve been letting properties with Orange for a good couple of years now and can honestly say I’ve not had it let faster by any other agency from my experience. Any maintanance problems my properties had got resolved within just a couple of days. Not to mention my 2 other brothers who have sold their own properties with orange can gladly quote me on this. Certainly people you can rely on to get a job done!

Great and super sonic response and very open to one to one communication which is not possible in the market. I am really impressed with the time between my call and actual view of the property which is less then 1.5 hours. Response time is one of the big issue in this market but you guys beaten it. Had a leak under my floor in front room, had to have new floor laid. Sarah was amazing always kept in contact with me to update me on what was going on. Moved over from Scotland and came to kent to find a property to rent for a year and honestly the service was brilliant. Viewed a 2 bedroom property and it was stunning, took it straight away, payed the deposits and what not and they worked pretty fast. I was moved in the following weekend! Been with Orange for over 10 years. They were ok managing the property, but when things went wrong with the tenant that involved court, bailiff, police, they were rubbish and didn't even tell us they gave the tenant her deposit back after she caused thousands of £ of damage to the property! Then when it came to selling they were abysmal. Unprofessional and rude, and poor communications.
