Had a viewing booked that morning received 3 calls and 2 text messages to make sure I still am going to be there at 11. I arrive at 10.50 the lady showing us around arrives at 11.35 no apology she shows us around the house after 5 minutes says sorry gonna have to kick u out got another appointment. Went into the office to show my interest in the property they gave me all the fee prices etc wasn't impressed with the amount charged but needs must I signed everything was told they will call landlord and call me back in that afternoon to pay the deposit it's now been 4 days and still haven't heard a thing. Very very unprofessional would no recommend

In the last 18 months, my husband and I have received excellent customer service from Orange Property Services as both Landlords and Tenants. They offered us the best competitive rate to manage our property for us and to date, any problem that has arisen has been dealt with efficiently and professionally with very little inconvenience to us. We are (by our own admission) excellent Tenants and maintain the property we are renting from Orange to a high standard, and therefore rarely need to bother them with maintenance issues. The few minor issues which have arisen however, have been resolved between us very quickly to mutual satisfaction. I cannot fathom the negative reviews at all, and feel that some of the derogatory personal remarks made about certain members of staff are totally inappropriate and unfounded, borne out of sheer spite and/or jealousy!
