I haverecently rented a property through this orange estate agency and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process. I would like to war others how the director of this company (S. Haider) will operate at the end of your tenancy. I am thousands of pounds worse off. I have complained via the property watchdogs however she will change company names and leave you worse off. Very dishonest, and does not know the meaning of customer loyalty or service. please think about this before trusting them with your property and money. they did not even protect our tenants deposit in the deposit protection scheme.

I rented my flat through Orange a few years ago and they have always been incredibly helpful and good at keeping me up to date with things going on in the building. I also had a contractor come out last week, Dougal, to fix a broken kitchen tap. I was at work so used the spare keys, did an amazingly efficient job and left everything very tidy afterwards. After probably the most stressful house hunting experience of my life, orange have helped us no end and we’re about to move after nearly a year. We have dealt with Colin and Holly and couldn't fault a single thing they have done. I would like to leave a review to say how professional all the staff are and for all that they have done to help me and my family throught the whole covid scenario, they went beyond what the could to help us get through the whole term . We struggled through and was scared about renting at such a bad time in the world and was assured and put at ease and really was grateful to them . I was looking for a property for myself and my 2 young sons, we had to move quiet quickly and I needed a home suitable for us. From the moment I spoke to Colin on the phone explained my situation and what it was I was looking for he was amazing, found me the perfect property, arranged a date and time convenient for myself and the boys to view. Colin showed us around the house giving me all the information I needed and also knowledge about the local area for me as we are new here. Everything has gone through quickly and smoothly, any questions I have had Colin has been in constant contact with me to answer my many queries and guild me throughout the process.
