GoogleTRADESMEN BEWARE!! Did a job for this estate agents over 6 weeks ago, went out my way to get it done quick as it was urgent. It’s a shame Their paying is not as quick in return. Spent hours on the phone chasing my money and it’s 1 excuse after another. I’ve even had to put the price up due to the amount of hours trying to retrieve my money but still no luck. Having to go to the ombudsman to seek further action on getting what I am owed. Would give them -5 starts if I could!
Dear Mr Casson I have tried to call you and have also emailed you, but have had no response. We have a very happy working relationship with all of our contractors and are upset to hear you feel this way, however I would like to remind you that we need actual Invoices for payment, together with fitting inline with our payment terms. It is a shame that this confusion has caused us to receive a 1 star review.

They are very professional and friendly as always. One of the members Nicola was very helpful and handled my case with getting my insurance money from the company and putting my property back on the market very efficiently. I highly recommend this estate agency. Its a real pleasure using Orange Properties services. Can't thank them enough.

GoogleWe recently made our 1st house purchase from Orange and as it was our 1st house purchase, we felt a little bit blind going into the search. This is where Orange really came into their own!! They talked us through the entire process and made us feel completely comfortable with the house hunt and purchase. I cannot fault their staff or management as everyone was on hand to talk us though any issues we had, including what turned out to be some very silly questions but we couldn't help that as we were new to the whole system. We were kept up to date at all times and dealt with Amanda throughout the progression of the purchase. Amanda was incredible during this and really made us feel like she was emotionally invested in getting us into the house we wanted as soon as we could. Thanks again Orange. Maybe see you again in a few years!!!
