I'd like to thank everyone in Orange who helped me. I rented out my big house with them and then became a tenant for something smaller. I'm retired and a little slow but Chris stone reassured me with his honesty and sinserity. I didn't get ripped off with expensive hidden fees he was upfront and explained everything. As a tenant to be Stacey Bassett was my Rock. She was firm and fair making things happen with compassion. Sincere thanks to her!! Bless them for checking up on me too after a week of my big move. I'd highly recommend them. I will sell my big house eventually and if I do I will only use Orange. Thank you once again

Decided to switch to orange in swanscombe to rent out our house after our long standing private tenant moved out. Dan was brilliant and made everything easy and straight forward. The property was in a bit of a mess and needed to be spruced up ready for a new tenant, Dan advised me on what needed to be done and he got me in contact with Marcus at MJ Services who completed all the works in just four days. Two days later Dan had the perfect tenant for my property and everything was signed and sealed. All payments have been on time and I'm happy with the piece of mind that if any issue arises then Dan at Orange will sort them out quickly. Thank you very much

I brought and sold through Orange Property Services in Gravesend. All staff were professional and helpful. I was an anxious buyer and bombarded them with queries and requests to visit the property we were buying. Chris Stone and team were always helpful and obliging and kindly always made time to fit in more viewings for myself and my family members. Orange Property services kept me up to date with both the sale and purchase and this lead to a smooth and successful sale and purchase. I have been renting through orange property services for 18 months. Colin who was the agent to show me around was fantastic and Amanda who I did my new tenancy with was also lovely. I have only reported 2 repairs since being at the property. 1 was today which was an emergency as I had no heating and I have a young baby. I phoned the number given and spoke to a really helpful women who got someone out to me within a few hours. The engineer turned up promptly and was really helpful and got my heating working and even did an after care call to make sure it was still ok. Highly recommend! Thank you

Well next time when someone comes to your branch and speak with one of your adviser and they make an appointment for a viewing and tells you that everything is ok and afterwards they don t respond the phone it s seems that 1 star is more than enough ! So yeah for your interest in communication with the customers you get just 1 star !

I have mould in my flat and all Orange did was send someone round to fill over the mould with a water based filler which made it worse. Apparently now the problem is fixed. Tell that to my allergic reaction to mould that I have to live with daily because it's inside the walls. I got a doctors report but Orange did not want to see it as they think they know better than a doctor. They even sent their handyman round to start questioning me and doubting me about my allergies. I have autism and have found that the people at Orange are uncaring and unhelpful, and dealing with them over this mould issue had been so stressful that I've had to increase me medication as a direct result. When an estate agent has such an adverse effect on my health then a 1 star review is the only option.

I even dont want to give any star for this agency. I booked appointment to see one flat in Eltham which it was nice house. I spoke with Dan who told me Monday first thing I can contact him and we can make a offer. I try to call the office several times after I got answer from Colin to write a proposel email and forward to the landlady. I done but this man never get back to me if he received my email. Very poor service. I call the office more then 10 times in 3 days to find out if Colin find my email safe. After somehow I reach Colin and I been told they send out the papers and later the landlady make a decision who get the flat. I been waiting for 2 days no email sent. Today my partner called them and Mr Colin answered that flat ready let. Wow nice job atleast be responsible your job and your client and dont waste time for the client too waiting for the answer or any email. Service poor and not trustable I never want to take service from them. I dont like if someone lying just be straight and tell honest u can't get the flat not keep quiet days. Might also the client can search something then wait for the answer. Shame of Colin and his attitude.

Working with Orange has been a pleasure and as close to stress free as possible. The weekly updates from the team are informative and helpful. Getting feedback on the hits on Rightmove each week helps one to understand how the market works. Within 14 hours of marketing the house Orange called to book my first viewing, over the first 5 weeks on average Orange arranged 2.2 viewings per week. The team at Orange very much work in unison and regardless of who answers the phone, each member of the team knows who I am and how our sale is progressing. The team are very professional, focused, dedicated and driven to sell your house, this is how they managed to sell our property within 4 weeks. Well done Team Orange. Highly recommend.
