Agent replied · 21 June 2024

Dear Hayden, I have tried to contact you directly however your email address and mobile number are no longer valid. You and your partner were evicted due to rent arrears many, many years ago, this was at no fault of Orange and therefore your 1 star review is extremely unfair, especially as the current staff working here at Orange did not even deal with you. You may therefore like to reconsider your review and should you still have elements that you wish to discuss contact me on the office number or Nicola@orangepropertyservices.co.uk. Regards Nicola
