GoogleProperty had repairs required and agreed at start of tenancy but either not done or had to withhold rent in order for them to complete.

Dear Caroline As you are very aware, all of your issues have been dealt with including your leak which was back in March (your photos show Feb 2020 date this is not a current issue). The fences have been quoted for and we are now awaiting landlords agreement (your photos show Oct 2020). Should you have any other concerns you can deal with me directly. Regards Nicola

GoogleI have rented through Orange for nearly 2 years now and my experience with them has been fantastic. Our boiler broke down recently and they had contractors out immediately to rectify the problem. I would never rent through anyone else! Staff are friendly and welcoming in the office and nothing is too much trouble for Stacey, she always take time to speak with you.

Googlehorrible agency! please avoid! staff is nice at the beginning, however as soon as you sign a contract there will be no help, at the end of tenancy they will try to deduct as much as possible from your deposit! very unprofessional, not helpful, with no respect to customer. I've rented for many years with different agencies and Orange is the WORST!!!!

FacebookOrange sold our house within 48hrs! Full asking price. Then COVID-19 came along and slowed things up. However with the help of Colin and Amanda putting, phone calls and emails into chasing the chains solicitors and other estate agents and reassuring us throughout, we finally got there 😁.
