This agency is deeply unprofessional and consistently fails to meet even basic standards of service. Communication is poor across the board, with no urgency or accountability. Katrina, our main point of contact, refuses to engage over the phone, which leads to long delays and endless email chains that go nowhere. If she’s unavailable, there’s no backup or support, leaving tenants completely stuck. There’s a clear lack of structure, care, and respect for tenants. Issues are ignored or dragged out, and the general attitude from the agency is one of indifference. They’re disorganised, unresponsive, and unreliable. If you’re expecting competent management or timely support, you won’t find it here. Avoid this agency at all costs.

An amazing customer service

Excellent Service!

When i first bought the property ,B&R found my first tenant who stayed there more than ten years without any problems. Then ,they found the second tenant who is also very reliable. On top of that, whenever there is any problem with the plumbing, electricity etc, B&R take immediate action to fix it! Ms Lisa-Jane Stratton is very efficient! Highly recommended!

Raj Miah from Benham & Reeves manages…

Raj Miah from Benham & Reeves manages our flat rental. We recently had to re-let our flat after the tenants gave notice just before Christmas. Raj managed to find new tenants quickly and efficiently. He oversaw the repairs etc. So that the property was clean, repaired and ready for new tenants in a very limited time. Thank you Raj and Benham & Reeves for making the changeover so effortless

Tenancy rental rip-off

I was very happy with Benham & Reeves in finding my tenants. I paid 8% commission for their service gladly, but had to pay this over 3 months as the rent came in. They had to advertise, screen tenants, do an inventory and keep a deposit.

I have in the past used Benham and Reeves Kensington sales’ department, where Sara specifically did a deal first rate job. On both occasions I found the team excellent. More recently I used their Rentals Service, specifically Rubel Nahar. Again, professional and excellent at making the whole process as seamless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation.

Benham and Reeves as an estate agents was smooth and easy, with clear communication and procceses. Kayleigh and Kyle were great agents - super informative, responsive and helpful. Any time there was an issue or need, the response was quick and the matter was fixed accordingly. I will be coming back to them for future house searches again.
