I was very happy with Benham & Reeves in finding my tenants. I paid 8% commission for their service gladly, but had to pay this over 3 months as the rent came in. They had to advertise, screen tenants, do an inventory and keep a deposit.

GoogleI have in the past used Benham and Reeves Kensington sales’ department, where Sara specifically did a deal first rate job. On both occasions I found the team excellent. More recently I used their Rentals Service, specifically Rubel Nahar. Again, professional and excellent at making the whole process as seamless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation.

Benham and Reeves as an estate agents was smooth and easy, with clear communication and procceses. Kayleigh and Kyle were great agents - super informative, responsive and helpful. Any time there was an issue or need, the response was quick and the matter was fixed accordingly. I will be coming back to them for future house searches again.

GoogleWe'd like to express our sincere thanks to Wesley Ramsay, who demonstrated profession with precisions, so as to have saved a huge amount of time in every step. It took only two days from the 1st viewing to having the agreement signed, and we moved in on the 4th day. Wesley treated our needs and requests seriously, and helped us accurately find the appropriate targets within a very short time. The communications were concise and accurate, and this is quite a rare experience among the agents that we came across in past years.

Excellent, efficient management of my flat sale. Jeremy was friendly and efficient from the start, visiting to provide a valuation; then promptly introducing interested buyers. He would accompany them to view the property then feed back to me with prompt updates on their level of interest, or otherwise, which made the practicalities of a potentially complicated process very easy. Jeremy was also very supportive when my own onward purchase fell through, and was able to advise me on my options to locate another purchase, without jeopardising my eventual sale. The final negotiation with my actual buyer was made very stress-free and straightforward, and the eventual move happened without a hitch.

Sadly the Agency, Agents and Landlord don’t take any responsibility after having failed informing me (tenant) about the Flat’s Fixed Hot Water/Heating Provider E.O.N. and a Faulty Boiler (repaired after having to chase days, that became weeks) I’m now being told by Syed Hussain (Property Manager) I’m liable for a Bill that I had no idea about - I asked in regards to Bills and I was told Electric, Water, Council and any I would personally want as Internet, TV license - I moved in and set up Accounts with an Electric company, Thames Water and Council.After a month I received a letter from E.O.N Heat addressed to “The Flat Occupier” I thought was a mistake. I called them and I was told they have a Fix Contract with the Development for over 70 years, they supply Hot Water and Heating, and I was told I consumed Heating and Hot Water and I owed them £90. I can’t choose a supplier for this service, and it’s incredibly expensive.In my contract there’s no mention at all of this Fix Supply for Heating and Hot Water.I had to chase to have someone coming to check the boiler, since I never used heating - we are in summer - plus I knew there was something wrong the Boiler, it would generate all the time a very high temperature in the whole property and make noises.After weeks of chasing Syed Hussain someone came in and indeed found a piece was faulty and that was the problem for the consumption of Heating, also explained me how to properly use the Boiler, I asked for this since I moved in and I was told by Syed Hussain to “watch videos on YouTube”I told the property manager I’m not responsible for that Bill since the Boiler was malfunctioning and also I was never told about this Fix Supplier.He refused in several emails, and then his final response:“The Landlord is being fare, so I have to pay half of the bill”It’s absolutely insane, now I’m having to contact The Council, Shelter, a Solicitor, and leave as many reviews as possible so nobody else gets treated as I’m being treated by Benham and Reeves.
