I agree with the other review about…

I agree with the other review about this company. We found a great flat and when we tried to sort things out in a reasonable fashion with the women Beth and particularly Georgi, we were really put off by their behaviour towards us. My wife is Russian and is not easily upset, but in the end, with phone calls to each of us, we decided to give up on this company and the desirable flat in Kensington because they put such a bad taste in our mouths. Seems like this company culture stems from the top to me... rather unpleasant and certainly to be avoided. (Also, I see you in your reply that you can't find our records, despite the fact that we made an offer on the flat concerned - well never mind, as we certainly want to get you out of OUR heads as soon as possible).

Worst estate agent ever!

Worst estate agent ever!I was a tenant at a property in London. M&P were only concerned with getting fees. Property is in a poor state. Regular issues with damp and mould which would go unfixed for months/years. At one point we were without hot water for 3 to 4 weeks.At one point, after telling them there was an issue with a leak in the bathroom they took months to do anything and only did because the fuse box was tripping as water had got into an electrical socket. If anything had been plugged in that could have ended very badly!!I felt we cared about looking after the property, but the estate agent didn’t. Not sure how aware the owner is, but property needs to be completely stripped back. Electrics, plumbing, roof, kitchen, bathroom etc etc need replacing. Plant roots are coming through walls. So all the pointing needs replacing. Estate agent is totally aware of all issues. I wonder if the landlord knows. If it were my property I would care!! The house must be devalued at least 200k below other houses in areas because it will take a lot to put right. If M&P had fixed things when we told them they wouldn’t have built up to a massive issue which they now are.Avoid as a tenant if you want an estate agent who will be responsive,Avoid as a landlord if you want to protect your investment.

Nora was absolutely excellent: very quick and approachable. The 5 star is for her.However, her predecessor was not helpful at all. We have a dispute with the landlord, who was unreasonably withholding the deposit. He did not want to explain the dispute resolution process to us, which was incredibly unhelpful.

Meilssa Polvan, an agent at Marsh and Parsons gave me good advice for saving money by saying to get my friend to move my stuff as opposed to hiring a removals company but she was expecting me to cover the void period of £250 for the landlord. Her justification for the latter is '£250 is not a lot of money'.Furthermore, Melissa Polvan was very pushy in getting me to sign the contract using manipulative means amongst other things were were distasteful.Stay well away from March and Parsons.

We recently purchased a property through Marsh and Parsons Willseden Green. We dealt with an agent called Henry who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! Initially Henry showed us a few different properties to try and get a feel for what we wanted, we found him to be very knowledgeable about all the properties and when he wasn't sure about something, would get back to us promptly with the information. We always felt like Henry would show us properties that we would actually be interested in, not just anything in our price range. We had obviously seen properties through other estate agents, but Henry was by far, the best of the bunch and personable. Even when we had to take a break because of lockdown Henry was patient, didn't bombard us with calls and emails and actually contacted us back when we said he should! We would thoroughly recommend him and will be contacting Marsh and Parsons again when we decide to sell.
