They respond to queries from my tenants and from my promptly and always provide detailed information about any issue. Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. He had laser focus on the issue, prioritised the matter and got the problem fixed. This is what you need from a property manager - THANK YOU Giles.

As non UK-buyers, we are not very familiar with processes in the UK and Henry really was patient and very professional and patient explaining us all various steps. I have had multiple challenges working with this estate and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they forgot to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!
