I worked with Matthew Sanderson in an effort to find a new flat. Matthew was very professional, quick to respond and thoughtful throughtout the entire process. I felt extremely supported by him and he provided excellent service as apart of the search process. He was always quick to follow up, he provided good listings that fit my exact requirements and made me feel taken care of. I have had bad expereinces working with other Estate Agencies (I wont name company names) in the past and I will certainly be using Chancellors if I need to find a new place in the future. Matt is a rockstar, defintelty ask for him if you are looking to find a new flat in Notting Hill!

We worked with Matthew Sanderson when my partner and I were looking to find a flat in London, and after dealing with countless agents, that were honestly unprofessional, it we were so glad to work with Matt. He was professional, patient, honest, and extremely responsive. He walked us through the process step by step and understood all of our requirements while remaining steadfast with what the landlord wanted. He was able to get us an apartment in a week. I think more agents should follow his lead as he treats his clients with decorum, professionalism and courtesy. We hope to work with him again in the future.

Very poor experience with Chancellors Notting Hill. They overvalued my property to secure a six-month agreement that did not allow me to use another agent or sell privately. They then failed to sell the property and kept pushing me to reduce the price they had originally recommended. A complete waste of time. I would not recommend them.
