GoogleJordan was fantastic throughout the process. I reached out to him on Tuesday morning, and he responded promptly, arranging a viewing on short notice. During the viewing, he answered all our questions thoroughly and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the property, which was very reassuring. His professionalism and honesty stood out, and his communication skills definitely contributed to our decision to make an offer. Overall, a great experience working with him.

GoogleVery poor experience with Chancellors Notting Hill. They overvalued my property to secure a six-month agreement that did not allow me to use another agent or sell privately. They then failed to sell the property and kept pushing me to reduce the price they had originally recommended. A complete waste of time. I would not recommend them.

GoogleI purchase my first flat with Chancellors and I feel overwhelmed with gratitude for the service and dedication from the team at the Notting Hill branch. From the very beginning of my search both Joey and Noel have both been fantastic. On my initial viewing I drove down from Birmingham and was running late, Joey worked late on his weekend shift to wait for me at the property and gave great advice and knowledge on the apartment block and the property itself, Joey and another colleague also helped me on a separate occasion measure up the inside of the flat before I exchanged. Noel has been a fantastic support through the phone during the sale, liaising between myself and the seller. The communication from the team has been above and beyond. They are truly a dream team to work with! I so thankful for completing my purchase with Chancellors, very highly recommend!
