GoogleI worked with Hugh to help us find a place to rent. He was extremely thorough and tentative with what we were looking for. Followed up frequently and was very professional and honest. If you are looking for a place to rent in the Notting Hill area he is the person to see!

GoogleChancellors at Notting Hill was great at finding me an apartment. Great sales people, very efficient is securing everything. However when moving out, it was a whole different story. After hastily organizing an early move out date with agent Hugh Saffrey, I am still waiting for a reimbursement of overpaid rent more than a month after having moved out. On top of that, they did not disclose the check-out fee explicitly until AFTER having deducted it from the deposit, at which point it is just to late. These fees are now illegal, but I guess Chancellors will chose to impose them for as long as they can. All in all, they are an unfair and unprofessional agency that I would avoid in the future.

GoogleMy experience with Chancellors has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple emails regarding unresolved maintenance issues in our apartment (including no hot water in the shower for almost 2 months), their customer service team has been incredibly slow and unresponsive. Essential repairs have taken far too long, with little communication or acknowledgement from their team. Basic responsibilities started in our tenancy agreement, like hot water provision has been neglected. Fantastic Sales team but extremely inefficient / ineffective Maintainence team. I would not recommend Chancellors to anyone.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help. He will be appreciated always and I thank him for his service and this includes Courtney Kennedy in the after sales office, who has been a tremendous help too. I thank the entire Chancellors office for their help and support. With kindest and respected regards.

GoogleWe just closed on a property today, and despite it not being closed with Chancellors, we had a really positive experience with this agency. My partner and I looked for properties for our move in the fall and happened to have the great fortune of being paired up with Jordan from Chancellors. He was very professional, really understood our needs and made us feel valued - he was not pushing properties on us that didn't match our criteria just to get numbers up, it was intentional communication and it didn't feel like a burden as a result. When I explained to him our search was over, he shared genuine excitement for us and kept the door open for us if we have any questions, advice or moving needs in the future. Honestly, if all agents were like Jordan, people may actually like moving !
