I recently worked with James and Edward in Anscombe when renting a house in the Notting Hill area. They were the most professional, courteous, friendly, real estate team I have ever worked with and I would recommend them very highly to anyone looking to rent. I found Anscombes to be in a totally different league to other agents I worked with in various parts of London. They were particularly good when it came to closing the deal in a competitive bidding situation. Their flexible approach and tenaciousness ensured that the deal was closed in a situation where it had looked lost. Work with them...you will not regret it!

Was looking to rent a place in Notting Hill and stopped in at A&R without notice. Hugh worked with me through the process and was very flexible with setting up viewings at short notice and trying to find me the right place. He was quite honest and direct and did not pressure me at any point. Everyone I interacted with at the office was very helpful and made the process pleasant, particularly Hugh and James. I didn't end up finding my apartment through them, but would highly recommend A&R and Hugh, and will go back for future apt searches.

Our flat was let again through Chancellors with only one viewing. The service provided by the company was very professional. Viewing was organised by Luke Moss. Due to snow, the cleaners I arranged did not turn up the day before the new tenant was due to move in. Their administrator, Abidian did a very good job of arranging replacement cleaners in a few hours. I am very pleased with the conscientious service provided. Well done Chancellors.
