GoogleMust admit I've been in contact with a lot of estate agents in the past and have found the service in West London mixed at best. The NH branch of Chancellors have been exceptional, super professional, diligent and found my girlfriend and I exactly the property we'd dreamt of. Oliver's service from Rightmove response through to handing over the keys was seamless, we won't be moving out any time soon but will go back to Chancellors when we do!PositiveProfessionalism

Looking for a flat can be stressful but I got very lucky to meet with Matthew who recently joined the team and straight away knew and understood what I was looking for. GoogleThe London housing market was very chaotic to navigate this summer, but working with Chancellors was definitely the best experience we had trying to rent in London. We were lucky enough to be shown properties with Ruadhri Bates, who was so incredibly kind and helpful, and found us the property we just moved in to! If you're moving within this area, work with Chancellors, and ask for Ruadhri.

GoogleI highly recommend working with Matthew Sanderson. He is very responsive, accommodating, transparent and looks after both landlords’ and tenants’ interests, which is rare. Matthew managed to negotiate a very good tenancy for my partner and I and he was always transparent throughout the process, which we very much appreciated.

GoogleAgent Jordan Law helped in my search for a rental. Good at following up, and accommodating. Not much inventory because of a difficult rental market but he tried to find rentals that met my requirements. Appreciated the courtesy and the professionalism.
