We worked with Chancellor's to find a new rental property on short notice, as our landlord decided to sell our flat unexpectedly. We worked closely with Jordan to find a new home for our small, growing family. Jordan was meticulous in understanding our needs, diligent in identifying suitable properties and considerate and thoughtful in accommodating viewings based on our schedule (which is all over the place with a 2-month old newborn!). Would highly recommend working with Jordan / Chancellor's to find your new home in the area

Fantastic Support

Briar (Jones) was fantastic from the start. We have a really good experience selling our property. Firstly we met with Fern who showed us round a property and we realised we need to put our on the market. Fern helped us arrange an appointment with Simon to come and see our property.Simon explained everything clearly and if we had any questions we could go into the office and ask. Fern was very good at keeping us up to date with things as we went along. It didn’t take long for the property to sell which was great as we didn’t need to have lots of viewing as my brother wasn’t well at the time and needed rest. Landlord's perspective - terrible

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.
