GoogleHad an amazing experience with Chancellors and especially Ruadhri. He was friendly, always happy to answer any of my questions and super helpful. Due to timing we didn't end up renting with Chancellors, but no doubt that i would contact them again if need be.

GoogleMy viewing tour was guided by Mr Jordan Law and it deserves a high mark. The requested property, shown on the website, was actually available on the market (i.e. it was not a "bait-and-switch" advertisement), and largely matched the images and description provided. Mr Law showed me around the flat, and clarified multiple points related to the application procedure, processing time scales, reference checks, steps when moving in and out, and so forth. Since the previous tenant had not had moved out completely by the day of viewing, Mr Jordan patiently specified what furniture stays in the property. It's worth noting Mr Law's friendliness, politeness, and eagerness to provide the best service possible. Jordan also phoned me afterwards to catch up on the status of searching and if Chancellors could offer a similar property somewhere else. Overall, I had a positive impression after dealing with this agent.
