He made this whole experience of renting our first time home very easy and hassle free. GoogleGreat example of how a frown can be turned upside down. I had a dispute over a deposit that got resolved thanks to John Gallop and a further 2 issues wthat were not their fault were resolved as well. In the end great service and would recommend them.

GoogleStay Away!! Rented a property for 3 years. Throughout our entire time living there we had a disgusting and serious mould problem that was never fixed. Constantly having to hassle for any work to be done, both the landlord and agency would blame eachother for something not being done, have been lied to many times about things, the list goes on. Bearing in mind we had a newborn baby when we first moved into the property, when we first brought up the mould issue the advice we were given was to 'leave a window open a little bit', eventhough it was December. A disgusting and neglectful agency, I'm so glad I no longer have to deal with them. Edit: Of course according to them we are to blame. We hassled and hassled for the mould issue to be fixed and it never was. Then we were served an eviction notice because we refused to agree to the rent increase until the mould problem had been sorted. Now that the landlord wants to either sell or let the property out he has done work on the property. As you can see from the photos a mould issue like that doesn't happen overnight. But of course Palmer & Partners will deny any wrong doing.

The work on your property will go ahead as planned Update 13/04/22 Jasmine, Thank you for your updated photos one year on. We can see you are no longer a tenant and vacated the property in December 2021. As you are aware the landlord required possession of the property due to ongoing tenancy issues and declining access for the contractor to carryout the damp report remedial works. This matter could have been resolved sometime ago with your cooperation but unfortunately that was not forthcoming.

GoogleWell, where to start! Refreshing honest, kind, and caring estate agents... Both Lucy and Ollie have been absolute stars from the very get-go! From an open and honest valuation by Lucy, which had the property ready to be listed for sale the same day as the photographs were taken. To the property being sold after just a week! Which given the time of the year that it went to market is unheard of... Then, to Ollie's progression, which has been faultless as we were kept in the loop at every turn and actively reassuring the chain. I could not recommend Palmer and Partners Ipswich any higher as it's been a completely painless process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAmazed at the speed at which we went from viewing a property to moving in, without any compromise in the quality of service at any step of the way! Being new to renting, we were very nervous about the idea, but Lewis Rogers who was in charge of the property has been supporting us through out the journey from our first viewing to sorting out everything ready for keys ! We especially felt every communication we have had with the firm has been clearly laid out with no confusion on any details, and every response had a very fast turnaround! As a customer, every staff we have interacted with has been the likes of Lewis, providing support with any information or assistance we required with our application. We didn’t think we would be moving so quickly and feel very equipped to do so thanks to Palmer & Partners !

GoogleOur first experience of Palmer & Partners was in 2017 when we purchased our first home. They were brilliant, so naturally we returned to them when we decided to sell five years later. The valuation was speedy, high-quality photos were taken and we have been given professional advice every step of the way. They were brilliant at keeping the purchase process moving for us too, especially when we needed to speed things up so we could exchange contracts. Cannot recommend them enough! Brilliant team of people who are hard-working, professional and always happy to help.

GooglePlease DO NOT RENT FROM PALMERS AND PATNERS. They will NEVER EVER RETURN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. They are preparing fake check out reports and complaining your property is not in professional cleanliness when you left it and they will hold your whole security deposit. It’s your hard worked money. It’s a big mafia now.

Our check-out reports are conducted by independent professionals to ensure objectivity and accuracy. In cases where there are discrepancies, such as property cleanliness or damage, we follow the guidelines set by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, an impartial third-party adjudication service. This service ensures that both landlords and tenants receive a fair resolution based on the evidence provided, in this case a property inspection. We do not retain any deposits ourselves; all decisions are based on the Tenancy Deposit Scheme’s thorough review and ruling. Palmer & Partner’s were not involved in the decision making when it comes to how the deposit is awarded. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme would have also sent you their adjudication report on how they reached their decision.
