GoogleI cannot fault Parker and Partners at all and cannot praise them highly enough - they went out of their way to help and were always friendly and courteous and considerate and most satisfactory. I will definitely advise anyone to go to them for either sales or purchase!

GoogleVery disappointed with the service, and we never even got as far as viewing a property! Myself and my partner phoned about various properties we were interested in, each time we were told someone would phone us back with a viewing time but no one ever did. Apparently only 1 member of staff could deal with booking appointments and she was always off or 'on the phone'. Several properties we were interested in were let before we even got a chance to see them as no one was contacting us back about appointments. You would think they didn't want the business! I feel this is very poor customer service, whenever you go in the offices the staff are literally just sitting around so I can't imagine not one person would be free throughout the day to call us back. Now if I see a property advertised which has Palmer and Partners as the letting agent I won't even bother phoning to enquire as the likelihood is it will get us nowhere!

GoogleRented with Palmers for a year and they were incompetent since day one. Our paperwork was full of errors - we signed a tenancy agreement stating the property rent was £625 and then when we went to pick up the keys the signed paperwork had magically changed to £650 - they had forged our signatures onto a new document with increased rental fee!! Luckily, we didn't have to deal with them for the next year as we were dealing with the landlord direct who was fab. We recently moved out of the property and found once again they were awful...they cancelled viewings without telling us. I can only assume the staff never talk to each other as the communication appears to be non-existent! Selling a property with Palmers in Sudbury on the other hand who have been excellent - perhaps they need a few lessons from this branch! Also, they have just tried to offer us our deposit back again even though they already sent it to us last week - another example of the awful communication!
Dear Lauren, firstly we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our lettings services, we take all feedback very seriously. Our lettings manager has tried calling you several times over the last couple of days to discuss this matter with you. None of the problems were escalated to our lettings manager at the time so we can only assume that they were dealt with by the relevant person when these were raised. If this isn't the case, we would of welcomed the opportunity to deal with your problems to prevent you feeling the need to leave such a negative review without giving us the chance to do anything about this. We would like to point out that there would be no such circumstance whereby we would forge any ones signature on a legal document. We wish you the best in your new home.

GoogleI recently decided to put my flat on the market with Palmer & Partners, they came highly recommended and surpassed all my expectations. Andrew the senior valuations manager provided me with a detailed list of comparable property's and suggested the best price to market. The property sold within 2 days and in excess of the asking price. I was provided with updates all the way through the process until the monies hit my bank. I couldn't be happier and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

GoogleWe have just sold our house using the expert services of Palmer & Partners. I cannot praise them enough. Throughout we were given expert advice and guidance and every telephone call and visit to the office was treated with patience, politeness and humour which is sometimes desperately needed in what can be an extremely stressful procedure. We were kept updated at all times by the extremely efficient Claire and every call was taken immediately and if more information was needed, she immediately sought to find answers and phoned straight back. Hopefully, we will never move again but if it were the case would have no hesitation in choosing Palmer & Partners to sell our property.

GoogleJust sold one of my Rental properties through Palmer & Partners. Within the first 2 weeks we had around 10-12 viewings. They provided very good feedback from each potential buyer and negotiated an acceptable offer within those 2 weeks. Throughout the process they have been very efficient and on request they have contacted the appropriate solicitors to get an update on progress. In short very good, professional service. Would definitely use again.
