GoogleBooked P&P Ipswich to value my house. Half an hour after the guy was due I called the office to see where he was. Said is he not there? I said no. They said well he will be on his way. I said to let him know not to bother coming. Was a little frustrated as we'd organised the day around getting back for the appointment. They said they'd let him know. 30 mins later there is a knock at the door. Was the P&P guy obviously trying to get the listing back. Blamed someone in his office for writing the wrong house number down and has been looking for the house for 30 mins (which still made him 30 mins late if this was true). Showed me a scrap of paper with wrong address written on it (I'm guessing by him to try and cover his lateness) I said you had my numer why didn't you call. Didn't answer so shut the door. Then today I get a generic letter about how they've notice my house is on the market and they are surprised at how long it's been on and they could do better.....at the date of the letter my house had only been on the market 1 day. Shoddy operation. Would not recommend.

GoogleWe originally chose Palmer Partners because of their helpfulness and professionalism. The house was placed on the market and sold within a couple of days. However, it turned out to be a very complex and challenging sale because of various legal issues. Claire Chapman was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. She kept all parties fully informed, she chased solicitors relentlessly, and throughout she retained a cheerful and humorous demeanor. At one point when we looked like losing the sale she spoke to the elderly purchasers, reassured them by explaining the reasons for the legal delays and was able to rescue the sale. She did an absolutely first class job.
