The viewing was really helpful, we were allowed plenty of time to look around and were let in when we arrived earlier than our appointment time. As first time buyers we had no idea the involvement Claire would have post-offer acceptance, although we did get the impression she does go above and beyond! With lockdown etc, the house purchase experienced a number of delays and we can honestly say Claire was the reason it kept moving, and we finally got to completion. She was always very responsive, kept us updated, was always calm and helpful, she listened to our concerns and queries and always got quick and practical responses back to us. She liaised with the Sellers and our own conveyancers and was an absolute godsend. From our experience, we could not recommend her (and the company) highly enough.
