GoogleOllie always responded promptly and chased up things when they were falling behind. He was quick to reassure us and provide support from beginning to end. The viewing was really helpful, we were allowed plenty of time to look around and were let in when we arrived earlier than our appointment time. GoogleWould always recommend Palmer and Partners as we have had such a positive experience with them while selling our house. We found them to be far superior to a previous estate agents we tried. After our initial meeting with Lucy, she got our house advert published the same day and we had multiple viewings booked in straight way. We found every staff member we came across to be very friendly, helpful and professional, particularly Ollie who done a fantastic job of dealing with any issues promptly while keeping us informed throughout the whole process. GoogleI recently completed on the sale of a property, which dragged on inexplicably for longer than expected. However, Chelsey Killington at Palmer and Partners was was great with chasing up enquiries, and getting information from the other parties. Much better than my own conveyancers did! She was very patient and understanding with my queries and the frustrations we came up against, but kept a good sense of humour about it all.

GoogleI was tasked with selling a family home in Ipswich and asked two agents to visit me. From the first moment of contact Palmer & Partners were streets ahead of the other agent and at the appointment it was clear to me that they were a very well organised knowledgeable company, so I had no hesitation in giving them the business. When the property was put on the market I was kept up to date with interest, viewing activity, offers and regular progress reports once a sale had been agreed. I have nothing but praise for the team at Ipswich and happily give them 5 well deserved stars.

GoogleWe bought our house through Palmer and Partners and dealt solely with Claire. As first time buyers we had no idea the involvement Claire would have post-offer acceptance, although we did get the impression she does go above and beyond! With lockdown etc, the house purchase experienced a number of delays and we can honestly say Claire was the reason it kept moving, and we finally got to completion. She was always very responsive, kept us updated, was always calm and helpful, she listened to our concerns and queries and always got quick and practical responses back to us. She liaised with the Sellers and our own conveyancers and was an absolute godsend. From our experience, we could not recommend her (and the company) highly enough.
