GoogleJahrul met us at the properties with a smile and a handshake. Very pleasant and professional. Has a lot of attention to detail and answered all our questions. Even though we weren’t in the position to make an offer Jahrul continued to provide a high level of service. GoogleBoy, can this agent sell ! Had my flat on for 6 wasted months with another, only 3 viewings by unlikely prospective buyers for a top floor flat. Sold by Haart's and the very capable Luke, within a few weeks. My purchaser then put their house with them, upon her finding mine, it sold within a week. Helpful, personable team. GoogleFor me it was Nathaniel's politeness and patience. I would call several time to asked one question or the other and he was very happy to answer. Even when he is mot available he always called me back. He also took time to explain all the features in the house and payment terms to me.

GoogleBuying your first home is a stressful and complicated business. Luckily, Haart made it easy for us. Our agent, Corinne Reed, was helpful and professional, and knew how to keep the case on track when some complications arose in the final stages. I was never left on hold or with enquiries unanswered, unlike with some other agencies I have tried in the past that I will not name. I would recommend Haart to any first-time-buyer.

GoogleWe always use heart for our lettings, Lara is an absolute star! She found us some lovely tenants for our property despite being in lockdown and them not being able to actually view it. Georgia is fabulous at sorting the paperwork and between them they really made the process so simple. Lara is always available for any advice or questions I have.
