This letting agency has a great response and always answer the questions promptly. But for the tenants , please be careful when you are about to sign the tenancy agreement and there are important clauses you must aware. Communication with the Landlord will be with the agent and they are helpful. And also you have to pay insurance fees as an addition for the property which I haven't encounter before.

My partner and I can't thank Ipswich Haart's Hannah Turner enough. She was incredibly patient with me and my requests (helping me out after my last minute cancelling on her), extremely helpful on and off the phone, one of the most pleasant and polite people I have ever met and just completely reassuring. She did her absolute best to help my boyfriend and I find our first home and she went above and beyond. Everything is running fast and smooth all thanks to her devotion and professionalism. I was starting to get discouraged and turned off by the idea of using agencies but Hannah and Haart have completely changed my mind. I couldn't be more thankful or impressed. Thank you, Hannah. It's been an absolute pleasure.

Terrell Denton from har was very helpful with all my queries and the turnaround was very quick , was able to agree the let within two hours. **Update - Worst post checking service ever, they gave me flat without a proper viewing reason being covid restrictions , after moving in I found out only 70 % of the property was in living state and they take full rent for it, I got a furinshed property and but sofa and bed was broken ,taps were leaking , shower is broken. After complaiing to them continuoulsy from last one and a half month still they haven't fixed anything. My advise to all Never ever take a flat rent from them.

As a first-time buyer, I don’t have a lot of knowledge or understanding about the process of actually buying a house. The support and advice I’ve receive from Haart has been reassuring and very welcomed. Corinne has kept regular contact about new properties that might be of interest to me and tailored her service to fit my needs. Although I am yet to find a property, I’m confident that we will be able to find one. I could not recommend Haart enough to anyone who is looking to buy a house, especially for first-time buyers who need the extra support.

Terrell and Georgina have been amazing throughout the whole process. When I first enquired with Terrell about renting my property he was informative and on the ball throughout. I have used Haart Estate Agents for the past ten years to let out my property for which they have been very efficient in finding tenants quickly so I don''t have a very long void between rental change overs. Their communication skills are excellent and I am kept up-to-date with any issues as and when they arise. Their fees are very reasonable and I am super happy with the level of service I receive. I give them 5 stars and would be happy to recommend. Extra stars if I could give them to Lara and Georgina who are a joy to work with and always bring a smile to my face. Keep up the good work guys.

Disappointing experience from the start. They failed to log any of our info, or call us back, or communicate anything… and then didn’t show up at pre arranged appointment. Failed every step of the way so we won’t be proceeding with these agents… ever. Different staff had different excuses, but none seemed genuine. Avoid this company.

After emailing asking if a certain property accepted cats as pets, Charles called me back, took all details and kept an eye open for suitable property's. Haart are the only company to show an interest in actually helping me find a home. Other companies have all just replied with a 'no sorry'.
