When viewing the property, what I loved the most is that the viewings looked exactly the same as they did on photo. I find a lot of properties they look fab on photos but rubbish in reality and that wasn’t the case at all with Haart. Connor was fantastic at any enquiries I had, as were his colleagues who showed me around. They were enthusiastic, chatty and honest. They made the journey quite easy for me as I’m relocating completely from 4 hours away and explained the process in a clear manner. Love them!

I called earlier at 1:26pm with interest to rent a property (I didn't note the lady's name) she said she would call back in terms of arranging a viewing which I thought was completely fair and understood. When I received a call back a couple of hours later which I unfortunately missed as I was working no one left a voicemail which I found strange. I then called back the exact same number when I could and spoke to someone called Abi who said 'you do realise this has went through to the central department' and then said she would get someone from the lettings department to call me back (does hart not transfer phone calls like any other business does where you're placed on hold whilst the other person picks up?) 35min later no one had called me back which left me believing the member of staff I spoke to hadn't passed on the message so I called again and was told someone would call me back in terms of arranging viewing. When I received a call back just before 6pm, James didn't know what property I was interested in and when I mentioned the property it then seemed to click where I was interested in which came across as very unprofessional to be calling back a customer with no record of the interest. I was simply asked for my email where a video tour would be sent to me with no attempt to arrange a viewing (which could have been done when I INITIALLY called at 1:26pm with the first member of staff I spoke to). It is now gone 8pm and no email and as the office closed at 6pm I am guessing no video tour is being sent to me today. I am incredibly disappointed and would not recommend hart under ANY circumstance. This is NOT the first negative experience with hart however the second which has led me to leave a review. Please do not waste your time with hart and instead approach 'Riverdale' or 'Joseph' who seem like they enjoy their job, are upbeat and professional and remember who you are and your interest.

A big Thank you to Patrick Doorly, from Haart Ipswich, who sorted me out in a single day with a comfortable place to live. Within a couple of hours of calling I was visiting the location. This is in contrast to another agency with whom a viewing could only be arranged in almost a week , only to find out the place was let the day prior to viewing. My interaction with Patrick was straightforward and to the point, he was of real help in my starting a new job in Ipswich with peace of mind. Thank you Patrick .

My tenants reported via Jake Richardson that the fridge freezer was not working on a Thursday afternoon. He contacted me immediately and I ordered a new fridge freezer which was delivered Saturday morning. Jake was very good at liaising quickly with me and the tenants a number of times to get sizes, check proposed delivery times with the tenants and confirmed with me within minutes of it being delivered on the Saturday. Happy landlord and tenants!

I'm not even sure where to start, this is by far the worst agency I've ever dealt with. We moved into a rental property at the beginning of 2023, and from day one, the house was uninhabitable. It was filthy, riddled with mold, and Haart's communication was abysmal. Despite a standard rent increase after a year, no effort was made to address the mold issue, and we received no compensation for the unclean state of the property when we moved in. For six months, we battled with the agency, only to be met with accusations from the branch manager, who claimed I was harming her staff's mental health. This was deeply ironic, given the complete disregard for the mental well-being of tenants forced to live in a mold-infested home. After half a year of back-and-forth, they finally sent a surveyor, who estimated the mold repairs would cost £60k. The owners then decided to sell the property, and we were given a hastily written letter with just two months' notice to vacate. To top it all off, we've now received a £270 cleaning bill. This agency is an absolute joke. Photos of the kitchen floor and counter tops when we moved in
