Connor was absolutely brilliant finding our new home. Unlike other agencies’ staffs, Connor kept a close contact with us and did everything to get all the difficulties sorted. He is punctual and a man of his word. Honestly speaking, I didn’t expect such a good service from a property agent.

It's been quite a difficult time end of last year and the last six months. I had a flood at my apartment and had to deal with some very difficult people and insurance companies. My letting agency, Haart have been great, but in the beginning there was a lack of instruction on what needed to be actioned in order to get the wheels in motion going. My case handler Laura Carter was great and even came to site to understand the repairs needed. I did have to project manage many things on site as it was a rented Property. Unfortunately some builders attitudes were a little lax but got there in the end.

I have used Haarts Estate Agents in Ipswich to find a tenant for my son's property, who currently works abroad. They found a tenant very quickly and efficiently. After a period the tenants wanted to add another to the tenancy. I contacted Lara Stevens at Haarts who did a sterling job sorting everything out . The service we have received from Lara has been 5 star; the changes were made quickly and competently and the advice given to us has been extremely useful. I had a great experience. All my ohone calls were answered and I was given all the necessary information for a successful viewing. Terrell Denton met us at the apartment. He is a very honest person. He was straight forward with us and did not deny any negatives of the apartments when i mentioned them. He helped me make an informed decision about the apartments and did not pressure me into renting an apartment of his choice. It was as if a friend was helping me find a place rather than a stranger. Both Connor and Henry have been extremely helpful every step of the way whilst sorting out our tenancy. During the property viewing Henry was happy to answer any questions (no matter how stupid) and did not hurry us what so ever. It was an extremely pleasant viewing experience. Connor has gone above and beyond when dealing with us post viewing, finding out information and answers to questions as quickly as possible. He gave us a call or dropped us an email every so often to keep us in the loop (even when he had no information to feedback) which assures you that you have not been forgotten about and that you matter to them. Top notch customer service and genuinely nice guy to talk to. Would recommend Haart Lettings Ipswich and their team any day!

Haart are most definitely a first class, professional letting agency. As a landlord, I have been let down by two previous agents, who incurred costs on my behalf without properly checking if work was really needed (e.g. replacing light bulbs and replacing smoke alarm batteries, not to mention clearly inflated charges.) Easy option every time and landlord pays. Lara and the team have re-established my faith! Tenants clearly understand their responsibility and this clarity keeps all parties happy. Excellent communication and advice. A relationship built on trust. I can highly recommend.

I actually nearly didn't go to see this property when looking on rightmove but I thought let me ring and ask about it. Spoke to Tyron Shelley who was very helpful. Arranged a viewing and yes he was right. The property was perfect. Then paperwork started which was very scarey for me as not that great with online forms but called Tyron and he helped me through all the links to complete forms. Has kept me up to date from day one and I am happy to say I will be moving in soon. Thank you Tyron for all your help.
