GoogleToo many faults, lies and failures to list. Happy to provide evidence. Do not trust Haart Ipswich to either manage your rental, or to be a tenant with. Submitted issues for months on their online system, doesn't work, no response. Calls went unanswered during pandemic. No satisfactory resolution or apology.

GoogleQuite possibly the most inept estate agent I have used. I booked a valuation with them 3 days in advance, they then no-showed with no notice. I called but got no answer and instead a national helpline. When I called they cited technical issues, in my view if you have technical issues for 3 days you work around them. To top this off I bought the house through Haart Ipswich a number of years prior, they offered poor service then failing to show up for a viewing and failing to send paperwork to the right solicitor, this is despite numerous emails reminding them of the correct address (I then manually delivered it for them). I only gave them a second chance as there was one member of staff there who wasn't a muppet!
Hi Alex, as discussed yesterday late morning, we sincerely apologise for your experience with us. We had a complete company systems outage for 48 hours and since restoring yesterday morning, we've had a company meeting to add manual systems to avoid having solely online diaries in future to avoid future customers experiencing the same experience with a missed appointment. GoogleMoving has always been a stressful time… James changed that; making every step very clear and confirming we were up to date and in a good position at each point of completion. As well as that, the FlatFair non deposit option is something I’ve not done before, though after a 10 minute phone call with James and a few actions to complete on email - it was sorted and confirmed. As a result of James’ work and help along the way, I was able to be confident in the move weeks before the move date itself. James, it’s been a pleasure and thank you very much for making all of this a breeze, it’s much appreciated and I would use Haart again for that reason. Thank you, Mac
