My case was moved between few people, however when I did the response I contacted Luke and I got the answer what I was looking for. Many people this branch should learn from him that customer is very important.

She kept us in the loop with everything every step of the way (as not sold a house before!) was very happy to answer all my questions (and I had lots!) and is genuinely so lovely and helpful! :) would definitely recommend her!
