I rarely post a negative review but, I'm so tired of being given the run around by Haart. Originally had George out in June/July 2018 after my Dad had passed and he gave such an excellent and accurate review of his property. I had multiple calls back from their call centre about if we were looking to continue. Several short sharp conversations later I told them to stop calling me as I was still grieving and needed probate to complete. I recommended Haart to my Brother (despite the call centre issue) to get them back out after we were all approved and there was so many "booking errors" or "not in the diary" excuses for three meetings that were a no show. Sadly I said this didn't sound right and called to get George back out so we can iron out the last of the details as I was looking to get the house on the market within the next few days. EXACTLY the same thing happened again. This was despite speaking directly to George to make the appointment. I have been sat at this property for over an hour, have made two calls in and I'm just given the same excuses. Edit: despite my bad experience I was pleased to have been contacted by the area manager. I feel my situation and feedback has been taken on board and has restored some of my faith in this office

Terrell dealt with us when we were looking for somewhere to move. He was friendly and made us feel eased with the process of looking for a place to live while staying very professional. He contacted us when any new places come available in which he knew would be the right kind of places for us. I would highly recommend getting Terrell to help you with any queries you may have regarding moving. He helps make the process a lot less stressful.
