GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with April from Connells in Ipswich branch. She helped me with all the information for a first time landlord with numerus queries. April was very professional and kind. Her communication was effective and prompt. She was great in getting good tenants on timely basis. She collected keys for the new property. GoogleI have rented two properties through Connells and they are definitely an estate agent I would highly recommend! Caeal who was my estate agent just recently helped me tremendously! He was a diamond! Always kept me up to date with everything, was always patient and kind and understanding! He really took in any worries I might have had and eased them! GoogleWe dealt with James, in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic, to get a mortgage for the purchase of a new property. Our pre appr was all very clear on how the mortgage porcress would happen, the store meeting was faultless and the service was above and beyond for first time expectations. We joined the Connells membership as can't see ourselves wanting to remortgage anywhere else after our experience. GoogleProfessional service. Callum is a good communicator and cares about his clients unlike other well known estate agents. Fought hard for my situation.(!). Got there in the end but thank god Callum is on the ball otherwise i would still be waiting for exchange date ! If my house was with another agency i would have pulled out long time ago. GoogleI can't recommend Connells enough, my partner and I both hate moving but April and Eric made it so much easier and less stressful than either of us could've hoped for! April recommended a property to us that we very quickly decided to apply for and we were kept updated about the progress of our application every step of the way. April also made us aware of tenants liability insurance and contents insurance, which she set up for us, and didn't complain once despite my constant questions (sorry!). April and Eric are both very professional and friendly and my partner and I are very grateful for how easy they made everything for us 😁

GoogleAlthough we didn't purchase our house through Connells, we chose to use James to help us get our mortgage. From the very start to the finish James has been great at answering questions and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. GoogleI went to Connells in Ipswich as James Allen was recommended to me as a Mortgage Adviser. I wanted to see if I could get a mortgage and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. James could not have made the process easier for me, he was committed to finding me the best deal for my situation and my experience could not have been smoother. I received an excellent service and felt like I mattered as a customer and I was kept updated along the way. James and his team provided brilliant customer service throughout. I would recommend James at the Ipswich branch to all I know. I have also been back to him for my re-mortgages too. Thank you very much, I am so grateful for the recommendation to go here!

GoogleNot dealt with the sales team directly although they are always friendly when I go in or call. I've been dealing with James Allen (my mortgage and financial adviser) directly for nearly 3 years now. James is always welcoming and has helped me no end. He comes across very knowledgeable and is always looking for the best deal for me, he is great at keeping you updated too. I look forward to dealing with him further in the future - a real asset to the company

GoogleHaving never used a broker before i was slightly dubious about going in with my partner. She however has a life time membership with Connells and now i see why. James was professional, informative and helped every step of the way when we remortgaged. It was so nice to be supported throughout the whole experience. I thoroughly recommend Connells to anyone who needs help or support when dealing with "a house issue". I will be using them again.

He has supported me through the last few months making everything so clear and easy to understand as well as what to do in order to go forward successfully. GoogleCallum was fantastic, and really helped push our move through in the last few days. I could not rate him and the service we received from Connells higher. However the reason the sale needed pushing through was the solicitor recommended by Connells were awful it reflects poorly on Connells. I would not recommend using their solicitors, choose a local independent company!

I can honestly say we wouldn’t be purchasing the house we have without him. Incredibly professional and always happy to help!
