As a first time buyer, my main motivation was speed and clarity, I got both of these things here. I received solid advice from James and then Ashleigh kept on top of matters for us, she was also very kind and patient, a credit to her branch. We purchased the full connells package and did it all through them, this made things less complicated. Could we have got it slightly cheaper... Sure, would it have involved a ton more mucking about and waiting longer for surveys... Definitely. Keep on top of your admin, and your conveyancer.... and connells will do the rest for you with purpose and without delay. Ashleigh appears to clear her admin tasks efficiently. We completed in around 8 weeks which is pretty good. Another benefit to using connells is that they own quite a lot of the other estate agents, this was useful when we needed a document witnessing, the other company were happy to help as part of connells group. We would definitely us connells Ipswich for our future purchase or remortgage needs.

First Time Buyers - We cannot fault our experience with Connells. We first met with James to discuss getting a mortgage, he was very helpful and explained everything clearly. We then communicated mainly with Katy W and honestly, she was amazing, so friendly and she kept us updated. Katy was chasing things constantly for us with ours and the sellers solicitors. Katy, made the whole experience so much less stressful knowing we could go to her at any point, with any questions or any issues, and she would get back to us so quickly. Was very lucky to have her and we would definitely recommend Connells, Ipswich - the whole team is really friendly and helpeful. Thank you.

A very helpful and efficient group of people. The purchase of my property regrettably took longer than anticipated (various things such as the management company being slow to respond) though Connells were a great support throughout the turbulent process! Visited Connells Ipswich branch this week with a specific property search. Lily greeted us with a friendly smile and very quickly understood our property needs and showed us a selection of available properties. Very accommodating and even managed to fit in a viewing for us at a property that interested us at very short notice. It was really nice to visit and feel like our needs were understood and met and not just a case of taking details. We felt Lily was really on board with our needs and feel confident going forward that she will be on the lookout for any further properties that may suit our criteria. Really glad we stopped by Connells and glad Lily is looking out for us. Selling or buying we would really recommend this branch, very proactive.

I dealt with Kacper Holtyn when corresponding on properties Connells listed. He was quick to respond and flexible with timings and rescheduling. He was knowledgeable of the property (didn't just tell the obvious). What he didn't know, he found out as soon as he could and reported back as soon as he could. On a second viewing, he handled the rapid questions with ease. He was being honest with his answers and it was obvious he was not trying to push a "quick sale". He also respected the person making the purchase decision by address them when necessary. Only negative I have about Connells, is the literature provided on a property I viewed was not 100% accurate. But this could've been due to a lack of proof reading or miscommunication.

I was a nightmare - for various reasons pulling out of a purchase three times before I eventually went ahead. Yet Callum and the team remained polite, supportive and understanding - I felt they were there for me as buyer and not just the seller. Emily helped us in finding our home. She was very transparent, honest and efficient and helpful. Emily made the process as stress free as possible for us and even went the extra mile when we were viewing the property to encourage us to test things working such as how to buzz people into the flat etc. Emily was really helpful and managed to answer all of our questions and phone calls despite the amount of them and always in a lovely manner. What can we say about Connells, they have been absolutely brilliant. Me and my Husband started our house buying journey in late December. We sent an email in to enquire about properties and as soon as I sent an email I got a call from Lily. Lily is one of the loveliest, hardworking individuals we have had the privilege of talking to. Nothing was too much for her and she sorted out all our viewings in record time. We had the privilege of being shown around some properties by both Lily and Casper. Both were so knowledgeable and lovely, no questions was too silly and they made us feel so at ease. Putting our offering and getting it accepted should be a stressful time, but Connells were so quick and efficient it put us at ease. Once our offer was accepted we spoke to the mortgage advisor at the branch named James. James was brilliant and so knowledgeable. He is a true asset to your store alongside Sue from the mortgage department. We can't thank Hannah Turps enough either from head office. She was brilliant, very responsive and kept us grounded when things got very stressful. If you want to buy a house, please consider this exceptional team.
