GoogleExcellent service from everyone at Connells from initial visit by Mark to value the house right through to moving day when Gemma kept us informed of developments. Ryan was very professional in his approach in making viewing appointments and providing feedback. They were always available to chase up the problems we encountered along the way and kept things moving once the sale was agreed. Overall couldn’t fault the service from Connells.

GoogleIF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD When you are first looking for a place to rent Connells are over the top helpful, but as soon as you are in don't expect much! They didn't help when I had issues with their other tenants, and when I left because of that I was left out of pocket with them taking money out of my deposit because of rent liability when I was previously advised it wasn't the case! Oh and expect them to take over a month to do your checkout report so they can blame things like marks outside the front door and cobwebs on you when you haven't even been near the property since you left and handed the keys in! They are a joke, I could go on and will to their complaints department but needless to say DO NOT RENT FROM CONNELLS!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

Once it become apparent you were looking to move from the property, the team did try and help with this but as this was not possible we're afraid we were unable to assist.

GoogleExcellent service. Barry was helpful from start to finish making sure I was kept up to date and making sure everything was being done when needed. James the mortgage consultant was also hugely helpful. As a first time buyer I didn’t know where to start with finding a mortgage and he made the whole process easy and found me the best deal. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleAfter an initial positive start(while their signing you up) it went downhill from there. Poor comunication and zero interest. I used their solicitors and mortgage advisor and beyween the 3 of them (2 of which sit in the same office!) They couldn't organise or chase up anything. I only ever seemed to get anything done when i chased them. 4 months to complete a straight forward transaction where all 3 buyers were with them and only 3 people in the chain. Would not recommend them. At one stage the morgage advisor incorrectly worked out what money would be left over after the sale, twice in one day! Was also told no fees until sale completed and exchanged, nothing to pay until the keys are in your hand.. then hit with over 1500 pounds of fees in December upfront, with an appollgie that i shouldn't have been told that... the person who told me that was the office manager when he was signing me up! Nice enough people but absolutely rubbish.. i have nothing to compare them to, and speaking to friends and family they all say your better off just doing it yourself. Should i ever move asg again thats what i would do.

GoogleI highly recommend Connells if you want extremely good customer service and efficiency. They were so helpful during our move and made the experience less stressful. They went above and beyond any estate agent that we have used previously and we can't thank them enough. Harvey in the Ipswich branch along with James (mortgage advisor) have really helped us and I certainly know that when we move again/need any advise or help with mortgages, Connells will be the ones we go to!
